British designer, Hannah Harrison is back with The Basket Room in a joyful explosion of colour and pattern, bound to brighten any outfit and bring a sense of fun and expression to your wardrobe. This beautiful collection of bucket bags, totes and yes, bum bags were lovingly handwoven and finished in Kenya, collaborating with our talented artist Nduta who solely hand embroidered every watermelon pip to leopard print spot!
Each piece in this very limited collection pays homage to groovy 60s style. Think far flung fruit markets to psychedelic beach vibes, this collection has a style to suit all and is the work of many pairs of skilful hands and creative minds. From rural Kenyan basket weavers to one single embroidery artist, a group of exceptional leatherworkers and a brazier (brass worker) in Nairobi, each handwoven piece is a symbol of unity.
